I have a 4 x 100m relay race next four days later.How can I increase my speed fast without any equipments?

It's a 100m so stamina wouldn't really be needed as I would just dash wit all me might.|||You can't. You can allow your body and your muscles to rest to prepare for your race. Getting a massage may help if it's not too soon before the race. If you put any additional stress on your body at this point, so close to race day, your muscles may not be able to recover in time to perform efficiently in your relay. Just relax, trust your training, and run your race in head in the coming days.|||If Anabolic Steroids are not an option, then I would say to workout out moderately, and make sure that you don't overdo it. If you're rested, you'll perform at your best. I will get thumbs down for this, I know it, but Anabolic Steroids would make you faster than a racehorse. Just go to your doctor, pretend like you're sick, and maybe he'll prescrible prednisone, or something like that.......|||Do reapeats. Take it easy and do 200M, wait till your heart rate goes down just a bit and do it again. Rinse and repeat.|||You can't really do anything to increase your speed i just four days.|||You really can't do much to increase your speed in just four days.





However, you can get with your teammates and practice your handoffs. It doesn't matter how fast you run your legs, it only matters how fast you get the stick around the track. Good handoffs can cut time. Bad handoffs can end your race.





Also, if you are the first runner, you can work on your start and maybe improve a bit there. It's not so important for the other 3 legs.
