Old School Nickelodeon show that involved relay race?

I remember the race had huge noses and huge ears and you had to go through them.. they were usually filled with things that were supposed to be boogers and ear wax. maybe this wasn't a really show, but played during commercials?|||it was a show, and i think it was called double dare, and mark summers hosted it. they asked questions in the beginning and then there was some sort of relay race at the end for bonus points or something. i remember watching it as a kid.
