How can I improve myself and get better and ready for track?

Track starts around the beginging of April and I want to start and get ready/prepared. How can I do stretches and stuff around my house? I do the mile, long jump, and the relay race.|||Jess is completely correct, but I personally disagree with one thing. Give your body a day to heal, and for the muscles to build up. But like she said, eat VERY healthy.|||To stay active you have to eat a lot of spinach, protein and the appropriate amount of calories. Get the basics down first; exercise DAILY, eat healthy, don't oversleep or under sleep.
